Lamoda is looking for an HR Business Partner.
What you will do:
- Act as a partner for managers: help managers solve people-related issues, from structure and motivation to career development and team effectiveness.
- Support changes: help teams navigate organizational transformations, manage complex labor relations situations.
- Implement the staffing plan;
- Ensure the timely process of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of personnel according to business requests;
- Update and execute the headcount planning process;
- Implement measures related to reducing employee turnover;
- Optimize costs for replacing and attracting personnel;
- Initiate and conduct pulse surveys, analyze results, and work on growth areas;
- Implement the Performance Review process within the area of responsibility;
- Update communications on HR issues;
- Resolve conflict and problematic situations with employees;
- Organize and conduct exit interviews;
- Participate in the assessment of internal candidates, form a candidate pool;
- Develop instructions for HR processes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an HRBP in large companies, experience with contact center personnel will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of core HR functions;
- Ability to work with data: analyze turnover, engagement, identify real problems behind the numbers, and propose solutions;
- Ability to build effective communication;
- Willingness to work in a constantly changing environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Proactiveness and result orientation: identify growth opportunities and take responsibility for their implementation.
