The Aeroporty Regionov holding is looking for an HR Business Partner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and assisting HR Directors of 4 industrial assets in personnel management matters
- Conducting regular audits of all HR processes at enterprises in the following areas: compensation and benefits, recruitment, personnel administration, training
- Developing KPIs for top management of businesses
- Overseeing the process of collecting and consolidating HR budgets, conducting plan-fact analysis, forecasting headcount for business plans
- Participating in the development of enterprise business plans regarding personnel needs
- Assisting business management in resolving complex HR issues
We expect you to have:
- Higher education
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR BP/HR Director/Consultant or Analyst in HR consulting
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Experience in coordinating management personnel
- Expertise in all HR areas: recruitment, personnel administration, training, compensation and benefits, headcount planning
- Advanced skills in budget planning and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) – mandatory
- Analytical mindset, systematic approach, ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work hands-on
