The corporate restaurant team of the UNIREST restaurant chain (Rostic’s and KFC brands) is looking for a great HR Business Partner who will become a real driver of change: will drive the HR system update, ignite the team, and help bring corporate restaurants to a new level.
UNIREST is the rights holder of the ROSTIC'S brand, the one with unforgettable chicken dishes and a cool team.
In this role, you will:
- Build and develop HR systems at the market level (52 restaurants): recruitment, training, onboarding.
- Identify employee potential and manage the talent pool at a systemic level.
- Develop and implement an HR strategy with a planning horizon of at least one year.
- Develop management staff (directors and territorial managers).
- Work in conjunction with the market manager as an equal partner: jointly plan visits, set priorities, and achieve results.
- Conduct regular visits to restaurants (at least 3 days a week), interact with all levels of the team.
- Monitor the labor market, analyze competitors, track changes in salary levels.
- Manage motivation schemes and rates with an understanding of their impact on the financial model.
- Work with retention, turnover, motivation.
Requirements:
- Have experience in HR business partnering, personnel development.
- Understand the operational specifics of the restaurant business or dynamic retail (experience in QSR will be a big plus).
- Have experience in hiring and firing employees, creating and adjusting work schedules. Have practical experience with personnel record keeping.
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of Russian migration legislation (patents, work permits, notifications to the Ministry of Internal Affairs).
- Know modern approaches to mass recruitment.
- Ability to think strategically and plan on a horizon of a year or more.
- Ability to calculate the impact of HR solutions on the business.
- Possess a systemic approach: build processes, not put out fires.
- Ability to inspire people and achieve results through motivation.
- Ready to work in the field — visit restaurants, communicate with the team at all levels, and, if necessary, personally set an example.
