A network of restaurants UNIREST (brands Rostic’s and KFC) is looking for a Partner Marketing Lead to build strategic partnerships, attract additional marketing budget, and create win-win collaborations with major brands.
UNIREST is the rights holder of the ROSTIC'S brand, the one with unforgettable chicken dishes and a cool team.
In this role, you will:
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with major brands and companies.
- Attract additional marketing budget by organizing paid activations and selling advertising opportunities in restaurants.
- Develop and implement win-win collaborations with the national marketing team to support new launches.
- Negotiate with partners.
- Organize collaborations with partners.
- Coordinate work with agencies.
- Analyze the effectiveness of partnership projects and prepare reports.
- Analyze competitor activities and propose new cooperation formats.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in partner marketing, BTL, or special projects.
- Have experience working on the brand side (agency experience is also considered).
- Have independently organized partner activations.
- Possess strategic vision and can build long-term partnerships.
- Have developed negotiation skills and experience.
- Can demonstrate a portfolio of 2-3 successful projects you are proud of.
- Be focused on numbers and results.
- Have team management experience.
