Brand Director required for the UNIREST restaurant chain (Rostic’s and KFC brands), who will take on all brand communication: from strategy and creative to media and production.
UNIREST is the rights holder of the ROSTIC’S brand, the one with unforgettable chicken dishes and a cool team.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and evolve the communication strategy.
- Define key messages, ToV, and channel roles.
- Analyze competitors, trends, and new formats, adapting best practices.
- Ensure compliance with brand identity and ToV in all materials.
- Manage the project portfolio and deadlines.
- Maintain the pipeline for all brand projects: launches, image campaigns, activations, collaborations.
- Synchronize the work of the brand team, production, design, media, and business clients.
- Formulate the budget and control expenses.
- Participate in creating the annual and quarterly brand budget.
- Evaluate the economic efficiency of activities together with finance and the commercial department.
- Ensure the quality of communication materials.
- Control quality at all stages: from idea to final result.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of 360 communication.
It is important that you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Brand Director or Head of Brand in a large federal company.
- Have worked in FMCG, retail, or the restaurant business.
- Have a deep understanding of communication strategy, positioning, creativity, and the role of the brand in business.
- Are knowledgeable about brand metrics and understand how communication affects awareness, perception, and sales.
- Have experience managing functional block leaders and team development.
- Know how to build processes, implement regulations, and manage a large project portfolio.
- Possess business acumen and can speak the same language as marketing, finance, and operational teams.
- Are ready to make tough decisions and take responsibility for results.
It will be a plus if you:
- Know the Russian market and the specifics of regional launches.
- Have worked with large-scale federal communication campaigns.
