The Honest Sign.rf digital marking system is looking for a Head of Partner Marketing Team.

What you will be doing:

Developing partnerships with retail:

• Negotiating and concluding partnership programs with federal chains: Lenta, Pyaterochka, Perekrestok, Magnit, Detsky Mir, Sportmaster.
• Branding shelves and retail outlets: placement of QR codes, POS materials, special zones with Honest Sign branding.
• Development and launch of joint promotions like "check the product - get a prize".

Developing partnerships with pharmacies:

• Developing partnerships with pharmacy chains (Rigla, 36.6, Gorzdrav, Stolichki) for the application functionality.
• Replicating branding formats in pharmacies, preparing new communication formats.
• Attracting the 55+ audience through state programs: Moscow Longevity and regional equivalents.

Forming and maintaining a partnership pipeline: from the first contact to signing and launch.

Preparing the partner offer.

Hiring and managing a team: 1–2 partnership managers within 6 months.

Regular KPI reporting.

Candidate requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience: buyer or category manager at a federal retail chain (X5, Magnit, Lenta, Auchan, Metro) or KAM on the FMCG manufacturer side with a portfolio of federal chains.
• Experience in negotiations with commercial directors and buyers of top-5 chains.
• Ability to sell non-financial value - to convince partners with data and audience, not budget.
• High speed, independence in conducting negotiations.
• Team management experience.
