«DESAN» is a leader in the tomato paste market, ranking among the top 7 largest canned vegetable producers.
Despite their scale, the team remains human-centric; we speak the same language, and that's important. Imagine, they have been creating our favorite brands «Pomidorka» and «6 Sotok» for 30 years (!). And now they are looking for someone who will influence development, growth in media, recognition, and all sorts of processes that will make the project even bigger and tastier.
What you will be doing:
— Forming the company's B2B communication ecosystem; forming and implementing a unified positioning of the company and brands for the professional audience: distributors, partners, and retail.
— Developing and implementing collaborations between our brands and partners.
— Implementing the external communications strategy according to the company's business priorities and goals.
— Participating in the development of strategic relationships with key partners.
— Developing and implementing diverse trade marketing activities.
— Collaborating with the Department to identify various growth points and working for the benefit of the brand.
What is important to us:
Successful, relevant experience in the FMCG (food products) category; cross-functional interaction skills: ability to create working groups, lead processes; analysis and synthesis skills: ability to develop long-term strategies and break down processes into stages; understanding of the work and interaction of strategic marketing, sales, and HR.
Schedule: 2 days a week home office. Format: official employment, "white" salary, and VHI (Voluntary Medical Insurance).
