I need help finding a strong marketing leader.

I am looking for a Director of Marketing / Head of Marketing for a company in the food retail sector.

It is important that the person can not only do advertising and create beautiful presentations, but also understands the business through numbers: traffic, average check, purchase frequency, loyalty programs, CRM, analytics, and the impact of marketing on revenue.

Experience working in chain retail, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurant chains, or FMCG will be a plus.

We are looking for someone who can look at the business holistically, identify growth points, and propose solutions that will yield results.

Income up to 300,000 rubles net.
