We are at the beginning of developing a new direction and are looking for a leader who will own the CRM/CVM function and be responsible for growing the client base, developing a loyalty program, and increasing key client metrics.
The main focus of the role is the development of the "Zaryad" mobile application, building personalized communications, and attracting users through CRM and performance tools.
Tasks:
- Develop and implement a CRM/CVM communication strategy for the mobile application.
- Build a system for customer segmentation and personalized interaction scenarios.
- Launch and optimize CRM campaigns, promotional mechanics, and A/B tests through push, in-app, and other communication channels.
- Develop performance marketing to attract new users to the application.
- Develop a loyalty program and customer profiles.
- Build end-to-end analytics of the customer journey: acquisition → activation → retention → reactivation → LTV.
- Work with product and marketing teams on the growth of MAU, DAU, Retention, conversion, average check, and other product metrics.
- Synchronize CRM activities with the promotional calendar and new store opening plan.
- Manage external contractors and CRM platforms (Manzana and the company's own solutions).
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing channels, budget, and prepare regular analytics on key KPIs.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience managing CRM/CVM, loyalty programs, or customer marketing.
- Experience in developing CRM strategy and building personalized customer communications.
- Practical experience with mobile applications and digital channels.
- Experience in performance marketing management and understanding of user acquisition economics.
- Experience in building customer analytics and working with key metrics: MAU, DAU, Retention, LTV, CAC, CR, average check, purchase frequency.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Developed communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with product, marketing, analytics, and business teams.
- Desire to create new products and directly influence customer experience and company development.
