Manage promotional mechanics: define goals, target segments, communication channels, and effectiveness criteria;
Be responsible for the economics of promotional initiatives: assess incremental effect, control budgets, and prevent demand cannibalization;
Develop CRM: segmentation, trigger scenarios, personalization, and automated communications;
Manage initiatives at the intersection of product, marketing, and analytics;
Independently lead the direction from idea to result: define priorities, manage the roadmap, budget, timelines, and quality of implementation;
Be responsible for the results: not for launching mechanics, but for their impact on the business.
We expect you to have:
At least 3 years of experience in marketing: CRM, promotional mechanics, loyalty programs;
Launched and developed CRM and promotional directions in B2B or B2C e-commerce, fintech, or other data-driven products;
Ability to build a promotional strategy based on product economics;
Experience in designing and scaling promotional mechanics: personal offers, reactivation campaigns, trigger scenarios, retention programs, and increasing purchase frequency;
Make data-driven decisions, be able to independently find insights and confirm hypotheses with analytics;
Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects;
Capability to independently own a whole direction and take responsibility for results, budget, timelines, and priorities;
Understand the specifics of the B2B audience and long customer cycles.
