We are an international advertising network that helps advertisers attract traffic and scale advertising campaigns across different markets. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to be the link between product, marketing, analytics, and sales, responsible for the entire advertiser user journey: from initial acquaintance with the ad network to registration, campaign launch, ad account top-up, and repeat deposits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing Research: Analyze the market, target audience, and competitors to identify new segments, user needs, and growth opportunities;
- Positioning and Product Value: Formulate Unique Selling Propositions (USPs), package product value, and communicate it through marketing channels;
- User Journey: Be responsible for the entire advertiser journey from the first touchpoint and website visit to registration, onboarding, campaign launch, first deposit, and subsequent top-ups; identify drop-off points and improve conversion between stages;
- UX/UI: Develop the website and ad account in collaboration with product managers, identify barriers, and form hypotheses for improving user scenarios;
- Go-To-Market: Develop and implement strategies for launching new tools, product releases, segments, and geographies; define the target audience, product value, and launch plan;
- Unit Economics: Analyze the effectiveness of channels and segments and make decisions based on CAC, LTV, etc.;
- Lifecycle and Retention: Develop mechanics aimed at increasing activation, repeat deposits, and customer lifetime.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least two years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, Product Manager, or Digital Marketing Manager in an IT product;
- Experience in building positioning and value propositions;
- Ability to build Customer Journey Maps (CJMs), product funnels, and identify growth opportunities;
- Experience with UX/UI of a digital product: identifying user problems, formulating hypotheses and tasks for the product team;
- Confident work with analytics, metrics, and unit economics;
- Experience in formulating and testing hypotheses;
- Experience interacting with cross-functional teams;
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher;
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in the B2B segment;
- Product management experience;
- Practical experience in independently launching performance campaigns;
- Experience launching a product in new geographic markets;
- Portfolio or detailed case studies describing tasks, hypotheses, actions, and results obtained;
