Product Manager (Mobile, B2C)
Appbooster is one of the leading AdTech companies in mobile marketing and experts in promotion on AppStore and Google Play. We have been on the market since 2013 and are industry leaders. In 12+ years of operation, we have attracted users to 10,000+ applications. Your smartphone likely has apps from our clients: Skyeng, Kupibilet, Dodo Pizza, Lamoda, and many others.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager who will take charge of an AI-companion subscription app and be responsible for its revenue. And after that – for a portfolio of products. The main markets now are the USA and the UK.
The product has a revenue of around $10-15k MRR, with an active task of growth and scaling. If you are interested in bringing economics into order, rather than supporting something that already works well — let's talk!
Important! Please share 1-3 links to apps you have worked with. Without examples of applications, we will unfortunately not be able to continue the conversation.
Our stages: application and examples of apps you've worked with → initial screening with CPO → product interview → cultural fit interview → offer
What you will do:
- Analyze unit economics (MRR, New MRR, LTV, ARPPU) and identify where money is actually being lost, not just where a metric has dropped;
- Formulate hypotheses through problem, metric, expected effect, and verification method — and bring tests to a conclusion: scale, refine, close;
- Work with onboarding, paywall, trial, pricing, retention, and product value;
- Be the client for ASO, UA, and content: ensure that creatives, the store, onboarding, and the paywall work as one funnel, not as separate screens;
- Realistically assess product potential and know when it's time to change focus.
What is important to us:
- At least 2 years of experience in mobile products with a full cycle: analysis, hypothesis, launch, result, conclusions;
- Mandatory experience with mobile B2C + subscription model or in-app monetization;
- iOS focus: understanding the specifics of the App Store, subscriptions, reviews, product page, and iOS ecosystem limitations;
- Experience launching products from 0 to $25k MRR, or experience scaling a product to $50k+ MRR;
- Experience working with paid UA: understand channel economics;
- Growth mindset: ability to work through bottlenecks, hypotheses, expected effects, metrics, and test conclusions;
- Ability to argue your product position: you can disagree reasonably, propose an alternative, and defend your decision.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with ASO or viral mechanics;
- Experience in app publisher, venture studio, product factory;
- Experience working with creative teams;
- Experience with AI products and understanding of the current AI market.
Apply, even if:
- you created your own apps and don't have a proper PM resume. For us, this is a plus, not a minus: a person who managed ASO, purchases, and paywalls themselves understands the product better than many PMs.
- your product didn't take off. Tell us what happened and what you learned from it. A closed product with conclusions for us is a result, not a failure.
We offer:
- Product ownership, minimal bureaucracy, focus on results;
- Freedom in choosing hypotheses, tools, and approaches;
- Remote work format, flexible schedule, no location restrictions;
- Decent salary with regular reviews;
- Voluntary medical insurance after 3 months of work;
- Corporate Mac and necessary tools;
- Systematic performance review process once a year and quick exchange of open feedback;
- Conditions for improving English: 30% compensation for training.
