Hi everyone! I'm looking for a Product Manager to join my team at Appbooster.

Right now, I need someone who will take responsibility for a key Mobile product in our portfolio and scale its MRR and unit economics. The core of the product is built on AI and social user interaction. The product is already generating revenue and now needs to be scaled. This role is not about backlog management, but about business results, finding growth opportunities to achieve them, and having maximum autonomy in decision-making. We will also be launching new products if we see a market opportunity.

What I'm looking for:

• Ability to take responsibility for a product: in results, actions, and decisions
• 3+ years in Mobile products, with a focus on B2C and subscriptions, or strong business results (international market)
• Experience launching products from scratch and scaling them to $50-100k MRR (at the level of 1 application or a portfolio)
• Proven experience in improving LTV:CAC
• Growth mindset: working with metrics, impact assessment, speed, hypotheses, conclusions
• Experience working in conjunction with UA, ASO, or content teams
• Using AI tools in your work as a standard practice

Salary Range: fixed salary up to 350k RUB net, with the possibility of receiving a percentage of revenue if everything works out for us and we achieve great results.
