Who we are

Trendsee is a fast-growing AI service for analyzing Reels/TikTok/Shorts and finding viral ideas. We are growing by leaps and bounds: thousands of users, explosive organic traffic, huge interest from creators and sellers.

We desperately need someone who will take the product into a firm grip and help create the best tool on the market.

What needs to be done

— develop a product strategy and roadmap together with the founder

— establish metrics, segmentation, funnels, and proper product accounting

— set up demo mode, follow-up sequences, analytics, and case flows

— formalize features: set tasks for the dev team, prioritize, quality control

— research user behavior: survey, analyze logs, collect and verify insights

— test hypotheses: paywall, onboarding, tokens, follow-ups, OTO, upgrades

— ensure the product not only develops but also grows and monetizes

— identify problems and growth points independently, without waiting for someone to assign a task

Who we are looking for

— SaaS product experience is mandatory

— experience with products featuring onboarding, payment systems, demo modes, and subscription models would be a plus

— you love numbers, funnels, hypotheses, and CJM

— you know how to say "no" and defend your position

— independence level: "saw a problem → figured it out myself → proposed a solution → implemented it → observed the result"

— you can work in multitasking mode and keep multiple directions in mind simultaneously

— at the same time, you are a systematic person: you know how to structure chaos, record agreements, set priorities, and bring tasks to completion

— you understand the specifics of a startup: processes can change rapidly, priorities can be reassembled, and yesterday's decision may be irrelevant today

— you are okay with changes and can quickly adapt without losing focus on the result

— you don't wait for ideal conditions and are ready to build processes yourself where they don't exist yet

— you can distinguish what is truly important from what is urgent and don't get bogged down in operational tasks

We don't need someone who just works well according to established processes.

We need someone who knows how to create processes but does not become their hostage.
