Product Manager Appbooster

I am currently looking for a person who will take responsibility for a key Mobile product in our portfolio and scale its MRR and unit economics. The core of the product is built on AI and social interaction with the user. The product is already generating revenue and now needs to be scaled. This role is not about managing a backlog, but about business results, finding growth opportunities to achieve them, and having maximum autonomy in decision-making. We will also launch new products if we see a market opportunity.

What I'm looking for:

• Ability to take responsibility for a product: in results, actions, and decisions
• 3+ years in Mobile products, with a focus on B2C and subscriptions, or impressive business results (international market)
• Experience launching products from scratch and scaling them to $50-100k MRR (at the level of a single app or portfolio)
• Proven experience in improving LTV:CAC
• Growth mindset: working with metrics, assessing impact, speed, hypotheses, and conclusions
• Experience working closely with UA, ASO, or content teams
• AI tools as a standard part of your workflow

Salary range: fixed up to 350k RUB net, with the possibility of receiving a percentage of revenue if we succeed and achieve great results. No location restrictions and no test assignment.
