🎯** WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:**

1. Product Manager solely with experience in developing and growing **Mobile B2C products **in product teams.
2. Product Manager who has hands-on experience, NOT a manager of PdMs. **3. This is NOT a project manager or task coordinator role. We need someone who can think through product behavior.

1. Candidates who held the position of Head of Product or higher.
2. Candidates from large teams. We have a small team.
3. Candidates who held positions: COO, Project Manager – this is NOT relevant work experience.
4. Candidates with predominantly or last experience working on outsourcing or freelance terms.

🏅 WE EXPECT:

1. Conversational English at C1+ level.
2. Portfolio: links to Mobile products.
3. Work experience from 4 years in software development. 4. Product Manager experience from 2 years in Mobile B2C products.
4. Experience from 1 year as the sole Product Manager in a small team.
5. Work experience from 2 years with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase or similar. 7. Experience from 1 year with subscription monetization models.
6. Experience from 1 year developing AI products or AI scenarios.

🏆** WILL BE A PLUS:**

1. Product Manager experience in HealthTech / FemTech.
2. SQL experience.

🧑🏽‍💻** TASKS (briefly):**

1. Regular research of the product and user experience.
2. Formulate product hypotheses based on data, research, and user behavior.
3. Build holistic user scenarios.
4. Formulate requirements for product solutions.
5. Define requirements for analytics before launching features.
6. Assign tasks to the development, design, and AI teams.
7. Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
8. Create and maintain product documentation.
9. Evaluate results after launch.
