Our team launches, scales, and monetizes products in the most dynamic ecosystems: Telegram, App Store, Google Play, and WeChat.
We don't build "perfect" products — we build profitable products that work in the real world.
We are now moving to the next level: we need a CPO — a leader who has already gone from zero to a million users and millions of dollars in revenue, and is ready to take full responsibility for the product portfolio and its growth.
What you will do
– Launch new products in the Telegram, iOS, Android, and WeChat ecosystems — from idea to scaling and monetization.
– Be responsible for the profitability of all products: CAC, LTV, ROI, ARPU, retention, viral coefficient.
– Build and scale product teams (PM, designers, analysts, marketers) — from 5 to 20+ people.
– Work directly with the founders: present strategy, forecasts, results, manage expectations.
– Analyze trends in ecosystems (Telegram Bots, App Store ALM, WeChat Mini Programs) and stay ahead of the market.
– Optimize processes — from idea to release, from A/B tests to monetization through advertising, subscriptions, and premium features.
Our ideal candidate:
– Has experience leading a product at the CPO / Head of Product / VP Product level — not an assistant, not a manager, but an owner of results.
– Has launched and scaled 5+ applications in one or more ecosystems: Telegram, App Store, Google Play, WeChat.
– Provides concrete cases — product names, their audience, real revenue (not "we have 100K users", but "our Telegram bot earned $1.2M in 18 months through subscriptions + advertising").
– Knows how to read analytics and make data-driven decisions: retention, funnel, LTV/CAC, ARPPU, ASO, TTR.
– Has a deep understanding of monetization in these ecosystems:
Telegram: bots, paid subscriptions, channel advertising, paid features.
App Store / Google Play: IAP, subscriptions, advertising, retargeting.
WeChat: Mini Programs, the Chinese "all-in-one app" model.
– Is a business-oriented product leader.
Will be a plus
– Experience working with the Chinese market and WeChat (especially under restrictions).
– Participation in launching products with zero advertising budget support (organic growth).
– Knowledge and experience with tools: Firebase, Amplitude, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Telegram Bot API, RevenueCat.
– Experience in startups or aggregators (e.g., in the Telegram bot market, like in TON, TgPro, TgBot, TgRewards, etc.).
