Looking for a Data-driven Product Lead with strong analytics
We are looking for a specialist for a client startup. Full-time position. Remote. Flexible schedule, but it is desirable to be present from 10 am to 6 pm CET.
Candidate expectations (if you haven't worked with something, it's okay):
- Responsible for product growth through metrics, not just features
- Manages the product based on data, not intuition
- Proficient in unit economics: LTV, CAC, ROI
- Understands and optimizes the entire funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → revenue
- Conducts and interprets experiments (A/B tests)
- Works independently with data (SQL, BI, sometimes Python)
- Builds an analytics system (dashboards, data marts, tracking)
- Prioritizes features based on their impact on metrics
- Works with media buying and acquisition channels
- Conducts cohort analysis and manages retention / churn
- Implements product metrics (North Star, KPI)
- Monitors anomalies and quickly responds to incidents
- Communicates insights to the business and development team
- Can form a product roadmap
- Takes ownership of results, not reports
