IT company Lofty is seeking a Chief Product Officer (AdTech).
One of the key products is an international multi-format advertising network providing comprehensive solutions for marketing tasks in Programmatic advertising and Affiliate marketing. They work with direct traffic sources, ensure over 5 billion impressions per day, offer RTB capabilities, fast moderation, and support for fully managed advertising campaign launches.
At the core of the advertising network is its own RTB auction, combining SSP and Ad Exchange. They monetize the advertising inventory of tens of thousands of websites, and DSP partners gain access to it by integrating with our platform.
The team is looking for a CPO who will take full ownership of the product: from strategy and vision to business results and team management. This role is for someone who knows not only how to bring order to delivery but also how to be responsible for the product's direction and the value it brings to the business.
Area of Responsibility:
- Formulate and defend the product strategy: where the product is heading, which segments and functionalities to focus on;
- Transform strategy into measurable goals and own key product and business metrics (P&L, revenue, inventory margin, fill rate, eCPM, etc.);
- Make decisions about new directions, formats, integrations, and partnerships based on data and unit economics;
- Lead a team of product managers: hiring, development, goal setting, feedback, building a product culture;
- Distribute ownership across product areas and maintain a unified team focus on priorities;
- Maintain a unified roadmap (quarterly / monthly): goals, scope, progress control, and priority changes;
- Build a transparent prioritization system focusing on key business processes, stability, and measurable impact; be able to say "no" and manage stakeholder expectations;
- Organize the process so that tasks come to development ready (Definition of Ready) – with acceptance criteria, success metrics, and a verification plan;
- Manage product operations: decomposition, progress tracking, blocker removal, cross-team dependencies, release predictability;
- Maintain a balance between speed and stability: reducing regressions, managing technical debt, agreements with the technical team;
- Define what and why we measure, and how changes affect stability and key business flows;
- Interact with marketing / sales / accounts: transform disparate requests into clear priorities and product solutions;
- Be the voice of the product at the top management level.
What is expected from the candidate:
- 3–5 years of experience in product roles (CPO / Head of Product), with proven experience in full product ownership – from strategy to results;
- Experience in AdTech / MarTech / RTB / high-load systems;
- Experience scaling digital products and building processes for predictable releases;
- Experience managing a team of product managers: hiring, development, goal setting;
- Strong strategic thinking and data-driven approach: setting metrics, analyzing the impact of changes, working with product analytics, ability to see the big picture;
- Ability to evaluate product solutions from the perspective of user experience, economics, and scalability;
- Strong priority and roadmap management skills: ability to fix scope and manage stakeholder expectations;
- Solid technical literacy: API, client-server, integrations, basic database knowledge, logic, algorithms, conceptual CI/CD, understanding of how releases and monitoring work;
- Active use of modern AI tools in work: AI assistants for discovery, analytics, and routine tasks, rapid prototyping and vibe coding for hypothesis testing, as well as implementing AI practices within the product team.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with data-intensive products: working with large volumes of data and making decisions based on them, including automated real-time scenarios (bidding, optimization, scoring);
- Experience with international markets;
- Technical background or deep understanding of development.
What is offered:
- A key role in the company with real impact on the product and business;
- Competitive salary, discussed individually with each candidate;
- Minimum bureaucracy, many development opportunities;
- An office you'll enjoy coming to: a comfortable space near Sevastopolskaya metro station;
- Flexible start to the workday: no strict schedule control, the main thing is that tasks are completed on time.
