CPO at IT company GetBlogger (MTS ecosystem)
IT company GetBlogger (MTS ecosystem) is looking for a CPO.
Getblogger (part of MTS AdTech) is one of Russia's leading platforms for automated advertising placement through bloggers and webmasters. They work on technology that allows advertisers to place ads, and bloggers to choose suitable offers and place advertiser offers on their platforms.
What you will do:
- Formulate the product vision and strategy for the platform
- Define development priorities considering business goals, user needs, and technical limitations
- Be responsible for product and business metrics, the quality of user scenarios, and the results of implemented changes
- Manage the product backlog and the full cycle of initiative implementation: from identifying the problem to launch and result evaluation
- Identify growth points based on data, research, feedback, and market analysis
- Coordinate the work of the product team, maintain interaction with the development team and other company departments
- Manage stakeholder expectations and defend product priorities with clear arguments
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, CPA, affiliate marketing, or platform products
- Experience in developing B2B and B2C scenarios within a single product
- Understanding of advertising mechanics, attribution, tracking of target actions, and performer payments
- Experience with a product that requires simultaneously launching new directions and reducing technical and product debt
- Systemic and strategic thinking
- Independence and readiness to make decisions
- Ability to work with conflicting interests and priorities of different departments
- Ability to justify decisions based on data and business logic
- Ability to build processes in conditions of uncertainty and limited resources
- Readiness to dive deep into details without losing the big picture
- Responsibility for the product and team results
