We exclusively place ads on professional content from TOP-logo platforms, including websites of major TV channels, online cinemas (IVI, Wink), and other media partners. DA's key products are video (Smart TV, in-stream, VOD, interactive), banners (Avito, RBC, Izvestia, sports.ru, etc.), and partner integrations (data providers, CTV, AI technologies).
The company has an opening for a Head of Advertising Product Management Group.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Forming and supporting a unified roadmap with key partners and in-house development teams, controlling deadlines, accepting tasks;
- Analyzing incidents, including with partner involvement, preparing analytics, conducting experiments;
- Managing the product team: distributing areas of responsibility, assigning tasks, monitoring execution, evaluating effectiveness;
- Participating in the formation of product strategy (based on data and business requirements), identifying growth drivers;
- Formulating requirements for internal tools and platforms to improve product efficiency;
- Developing and updating regulations for interaction between departments, collecting feedback (sales, marketing, development, analytics);
- Conducting training sessions and master classes for the team on new products and technologies;
- Identifying the team's training needs, participating in the recruitment, evaluation, and development of product managers;
- Solving strategic and operational tasks as directed by management.
We expect from the candidate:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital;
- Understanding of digital advertising (banner, video), monetization principles, and campaign optimization;
- Experience in forming and maintaining a product roadmap;
- Experience collaborating with commercial departments and participating in the development of product and commercial proposals;
- Experience in analyzing the market, competitive environment, and user/client behavior to identify product opportunities;
- Ability to work with data, analytics, and advertising product performance metrics;
- Skills in formulating and testing product hypotheses, conducting experiments. Experience with advertising platforms and technologies (AdFox, Hybrid, MyTarget, or similar);
- Experience with analytics systems (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica) and traffic tracking and verification tools;
- Understanding of the processes for integrating advertising and analytical solutions into the product ecosystem;
- Experience in building and optimizing cross-functional processes between product, development, sales, marketing, and analytics;
- Experience collaborating with development and technical teams on product implementation and development.
