Product lead (Revenue) at IT product company Flocktory
Product IT company Flocktory is looking for a Product lead (Revenue).
Flocktory is an accredited IT company with in-house development and a staff of 200+ people. We have developed a platform for lead generation, monetization, and personalization. It helps users make purchases on more favorable terms, and partners to grow steadily: find new clients, increase loyalty of existing ones, conversion, and average check.
The company's partners are major players from the top 100 e-commerce, fintech, edtech, telecom (T-Bank, Alfa-bank, MTS, Yandex, Megamarket, Hoff, METRO, M. Video, Skyeng, etc.). The company has been developing steadily for 13 years, and over the past three years, the business has grown by an average of more than 70%.
What you will do:
- Manage the final stage of the funnel within the storefront: optimize work with current advertisers, find and develop new ones, being responsible for business results
- Participate in shaping the product strategy for increasing the effectiveness of working with advertisers and their offers
- Increase the efficiency of the Discovery team: develop processes for generating and scoring hypotheses, accelerate their testing, and improve quality considering user triggers and motivations
- Communicate with business stakeholders, resolve emerging issues, and validate initiatives based on ROI and common sense
- Conduct CustDev (including in pre-sale meetings) and UX testing as part of the hypothesis validation process
- Increase the efficiency of the Delivery team by improving processes for regular and rapid value delivery
- Test and implement Disrupt & Run hypotheses within the team, as well as closely interact with other product teams within a data-driven approach
- Manage the quarterly roadmap and improve work efficiency through two-week sprints
- Prepare product requirements for features
- Search for exponential product growth drivers
- Improve product analytics and work deeply with data to find insights
- Adapt product functional characteristics considering legislative requirements, standards, and specifics of the markets of presence
- Use a full stack of tools for hypothesis validation: A/B, MVT, feature flags, fake doors, etc.
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in B2C services with a large audience (e-commerce, retail, applications) in roles such as Lead Product Owner, Product Manager, or Growth Manager in digital
- Successful case studies of influencing the growth of product metrics and financial results
- Experience in performance marketing, especially with CPA/CPO channels
- Experience in B2B business development (MVP pre-sales, barrier identification, etc.)
- Experience managing and developing a directly subordinate team of 4+ people
- Experience in active communication with product teams (designers, analysts, developers, AI engineers) and non-product teams (commercial department)
- Successful experience in building and testing hypotheses (A/B, MVT, fake doors, feature flags)
- Data analysis skills in DataLens or Google Analytics
- Understanding of the basics of mathematical statistics: statistical hypotheses and tests, confidence intervals, distributions
- Skills in calculating product unit economics, assessing the potential of features and optimizations
- Ability to formulate product requirements, decompose tasks, and estimate impact on metrics
- Understanding of Agile principles (Scrum or Kanban) and sprint work
- Understanding of CJM, CRO principles, and UI/UX hypothesis testing
- Experience with tools: Jira, Figma, Miro, Confluence
