An online cinema Ivi is looking for a Head of Product, Stream UX
How things work at Ivi:
- Communication is done in Pachka, Jira is used as a task tracker.
- Routine operations are automated with the help of bots.
- Regular one-on-one meetings are held for development and feedback exchange.
In the Ivi team, you will:
- Formulate and implement product strategy at the Stream UX level, ensure task alignment and focus on achieving key business goals.
- Conduct regular analysis of competitors, user behavior, and key product metrics to identify growth areas.
- Lead a team of product managers, allocate priorities and resources, track task completion, and support the team in achieving results.
- Develop and approve product plans, evaluate hypothesis potential, approve experiment and development plans.
- Ensure cross-functional interaction: build effective interaction between product, analytics, design, and technical teams.
- Mentor product managers: ensure the professional growth of the team.
Ivi's expectations from a candidate:
- Product Owner experience in a B2C product with MAU of 2,000,000+.
- Total product experience of 4+ years.
- Experience in product teams specializing in UX, user experience.
- Mandatory understanding of product analytics and SQL knowledge (you should clearly see the connection between what you do and what the outcome will be; understand the physical meaning of metrics).
- Mandatory experience conducting A/B tests of varying complexity.
- Experience in successful launch or successful cases of existing product development.
- Knowledge of user experience formation principles and the latest trends in this area.
- Experience managing a team consisting of development, product, product analytics, and design.
