An IT company Platform OFD is looking for a Head of product
Main tasks:
- Development and implementation of a product strategy for the portfolio (OFD, EDS, EPD, reporting) for 1-3 years
- Product portfolio management: prioritizing initiatives, balancing regulatory requirements and commercial value
- Creation and launch of a unified user account for own and integrated third-party solutions
- Building and optimizing the customer journey (CJM) at all stages of the funnel
- Introduction of product and metric approaches into development and decision-making processes
- Launch and development of product discovery practices: custdev, JTBD, hypotheses, A/B tests
- Management of product teams. Hiring, onboarding, development, and motivation of employees
- Matrix management of dedicated development teams
- Interaction with the department director, sales, marketing, technical department, and external partners
- Control of the P&L for the product line, prioritization of investments under limited resources
- Ensuring achievement of target metrics: revenue growth, MAU, number of clients
- Optimization of discovery and delivery processes: reducing time-to-market without increasing technical debt
- Development of product culture and competencies within the team
- Stakeholder communication management: regular reporting, transparency, expectation alignment
- Search and validation of hypotheses for increasing product value with minimal costs
- Product quality control: compliance with requirements, stability, user experience
Candidate expectations:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing of digital products
- Proven experience in improving digital product metrics
- Ability to analyze customer needs and preferences, knowledge of the market and competitive environment
- Knowledge of current trends, methods, and tools of digital marketing
- Ability to collect and interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions
- Project management experience
- Experience with tools for tracking campaign performance
- Ability to conduct A/B testing and analyze results
- Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals and the ability to assess how product design affects customer perception
