Senior Product Manager at Mail, Moscow

Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for one of the directions for product growth
- Develop the direction strategy: define goals, growth levers, and hypotheses for their implementation
- Launch product changes that affect key product metrics: MAU, Retention, or others
- Lead Discovery, manage the development team's backlog, and interact with adjacent areas and business unit top management. Ensure stable and high-quality launches
Requirements
- Have experience in developing B2C products with MAU over 1 million for three years or more
- Possess excellent system analysis and problem-solving skills. Think and act structurally, be able to prioritize, find root causes, and generate effective solutions
- Ready to act quickly within a changing environment, be proactive, and, if necessary, be ready to change the environment independently
- Demonstrate leadership with a commitment to an open and positive team interaction culture
- Have a deep understanding of numbers, launching and analyzing A/B test results, know how P&L works, and can independently build simple decision-making models, with enthusiasm to dive deep into analytics
- Know how to apply different user research methods in practice
