Okko is one of the largest online cinemas in Russia. We are developing areas beyond classic viewing: children's profiles, music, games, quizzes — all of this has been living and growing within the product for several years.
We are now looking for a product manager to help develop these areas at a different pace — scaling successful solutions, launching new ones, and being responsible for contributing to the key service metrics.
This role offers a wide scope for initiative: we expect not just task completion from a list, but the ability to find growth points, formulate hypotheses, and bring changes to a measurable result.
What will you be doing?
- Developing music and gaming areas, creating scenarios for children and adults;
- finding growth points for engagement, retention, and depth of product usage;
- analyzing user behavior, formulating and prioritizing product hypotheses;
- designing user experience for TV and mobile, considering the specifics of each platform;
- maintaining the product backlog for your area and being responsible for its prioritization;
- launching A/B experiments and evaluating their impact on product and business metrics;
- working with a large cross-functional team — development (30+ people on different platforms), analytics, discovery team, and bringing tasks to launch;
- finding a balance between simplicity, engagement, and safety for different audience segments, including children.
What we value and are looking for?
- 4+ years of experience in product management and in developing specific features or areas from hypothesis to launch;
- experience with high-load products;
- experience working with large (30+) cross-functional teams;
- understanding of the specifics of children's and/or family scenarios;
- confident work with metrics and product analytics, ability to make data-driven decisions;
- systematic approach to prioritization and hypothesis management;
- independence and readiness to be responsible for results, not the process;
- attention to user experience and details.
Will be a plus:
- Experience using AI tools in product work — content generation, creating prototypes for product ideas, automating routine tasks;
- experience with interactive products, game mechanics, or edutainment formats;
- experience with personalization or recommendation systems.
