Product Manager (Alternative Scenarios) at Okko

Okko is one of the largest online cinemas in Russia. We are developing areas beyond classic viewing: a kids' profile, music, games, quizzes – all of these have been living and growing within the product for several years.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Product Manager who will help develop these areas at a different pace – scaling what works, launching new initiatives, and being responsible for their contribution to the key service metrics.

This role offers a wide scope for initiative: we expect not just task completion from a list, but the ability to identify growth opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and drive changes to measurable results.

What you will do: • Develop and scale existing alternative scenarios: kids' section, music, games, quizzes; • identify growth opportunities in engagement, retention, and product usage depth; • analyze user behavior, formulate and prioritize product hypotheses; • design user experience on TV and mobile, considering the specifics of each platform; • maintain the product backlog for your area and be responsible for its prioritization; • launch A/B experiments and evaluate their impact on product and business metrics; • work with a large cross-functional team — development (30+ people on different platforms), analytics, discovery team, and drive tasks to launch; • find a balance between simplicity, engagement, and safety for different audience segments, including children.

We value: • Understanding the specifics of children's or family scenarios; • experience using AI tools in product work – content generation, creating product idea prototypes, automating routine tasks; • experience with interactive products, game mechanics, or edutainment formats; • experience with personalization or recommendation systems.
