Vacancy Middle Product Manager (Rambler Portal)

I'm looking for a product manager to join my team - for "My Rambler" and portal personalization.

I'll honestly tell you about the task.

Rambler has a large reach: people come for news, weather, horoscopes - and leave. The number of logged-in users among them is much lower than it should be for a portal of our scale. And it's not because the login process is difficult. It's because we are currently not good at answering the user's question "why should I log in at all".

This is the job. Not "to fine-tune the registration form", but to build an authenticated zone for the portal so that it offers value that makes users return.

What you will be in charge of:

• "My Rambler" - the user's profile and personal space, with a concept and roadmap that already exist and need to be brought to the users;
• personalization of all key portal surfaces, including the Main page;
• a stream of experiments: hypotheses, A/B tests, funnels - with analytics and a development team.

Who I'm looking for:

• 2+ years in product, experience developing an already launched product (not just launching from scratch);
• ability to see the entire user scenario, not just a single screen - here, one user scenario almost always stitches together multiple surfaces;
• living by metrics and ambitious goals;
• ability to negotiate: development, design, analytics, security, legal;
• independence - no one here will break down the task into tickets for you.
