The Russian video hosting service RUTUBE is looking for a Product Manager (Communications Platform).
What you will do:
- Develop a strategic vision and development plan for your product area;
- Define metrics to track the success of the product as a whole and individual experiments;
- Manage the backlog: prioritize tasks, describe them with sufficient detail for developers and other teams;
- Interact with other product teams, as well as with related departments – marketing, content, partnerships, technical support;
- Study data from GA, Yandex.Metrica, and other analytical systems, identify growth points and conversion increases, form hypotheses;
- Test product hypotheses: conduct client interviews, quantitative research, A/B tests, etc.;
- Analyze competitive platforms;
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to solve non-standard problems;
- Test solutions (usability of tools, cross-platform synchronization);
- Be responsible for budget adherence and achievement of planned profitability indicators for the product direction.
Goals:
- Creation of new platform features in accordance with the company's overall strategy and user needs;
- Product development based on user trends and the competitive situation in the communications market;
- Achievement of target indicators for DAU/MAU, retention, subscription revenue, and profitability.
Candidate expectations:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager with experience in e-commerce/digital marketing/CRM will be an advantage;
- Experience with Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, or other analytics tools;
- Experience in developing and launching products, understanding the full product development cycle, experience with large screens — Android TV/Smart TV will be an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Higher education in marketing or management; a mathematical, technical, or economic education will be a distinct advantage.
A distinct advantage will be:
- Previous experience with recommendation systems;
- Previous experience with personalization tools, user experience optimization, or CRM/CDP (Dynamic Yield, RetailRocket, RichRelevance, Kameleoon, Insider, etc.);
- Previous experience with DSP, DMP, and advertising platforms.
