Hi! We are the core audience team at Zvuk, and we're looking for a Product Owner to help turn casual listeners into devoted music lovers and make Zvuk their primary music habit. Zvuk is a service where people don't just look for music, they live it. We are responsible for ensuring that a user who chooses us once stays with us for months and years. You will be involved in retention mechanics, loyalty building, and increasing the activity of core users. You will seek answers to questions like: How do we make users come back tomorrow? How do we make Zvuk the first-choice app for listeners? How do we transition a user from passive consumption to active engagement? Our goal is to build long-term relationships with users through emotions, rituals, and personal experience.
Why is this important? The core audience is the foundation of the product and the main source of long-term growth. Retaining an existing loyal user is as important as attracting a new one, and the activity of the core audience shapes the healthy economics of the product. Before reaching the core, users go through a complex journey from first touch to deep habit: today they open a playlist, next month they subscribe, and in a year they become experts who curate their own selections and track releases from their favorite artists meticulously. It is on this path that we must not lose them. We view the Core Audience not as a static group of people in a database, but as a dynamic system of motivations, habits, and retention scenarios, and our task is to ensure that each month the user finds more and more value in the service.
