We are looking for an experienced product leader who will dive into this area and create the best company selection scenario in 2GIS.

What will you be doing?

— Developing a strategy for improving the quality of 2GIS search discovery.

— Understanding how company data and search algorithms are structured.

— Testing hypotheses through user communication and A/B tests.

— Collaborating closely with designers to improve user experience and interfaces.

— Motivating and inspiring the team.

We are looking for someone who:

— has at least 5 years of experience working independently on a significant part of a large B2C product;

— has management experience with product managers;

— has experience working with big data and complex algorithms in large products;

— has worked with ML, AI products;

— has worked at the intersection of multiple teams and knows how to achieve common goals;

— is willing to dive into related areas to improve the quality of their solutions;

— can distinguish good design from bad.
