🔎 Looking for a Head of Product for the "Search and Recommendations" domain at Ozon.

Together, we will grow sales and improve the user journey: looking into the bright future and developing the next generation of e-commerce with widespread AI use, as well as looking into the less bright past and improving the performance of basic mechanisms.

Team: ~20 people in product and ~300 in development. Location: Moscow preferred. Context: trillions of rubles in GMV, billions of products shown daily, tens of millions of orders collected, processing a vast amount of data, ML of all kinds and sizes, research and A/B tests.
