I am looking for a senior (or senior+) product manager to join my team and strengthen our complex and important direction – an AI assistant for buyers.
This involves product research, working with data (often unstructured), improving the quality of very complex systems, and a lot of uncertainty that beckons to be solved : ) We treat our products and their quality with great care and reverence. After all, this is an opportunity to influence millions of users and make their Ozon interaction experience even better.
We expect our future colleague to have experience working with complex and large products, the ability to prioritize tasks (not just with RICE) (seriously, this is very important), and to defend their point of view (based on data). Experience with AI (not just at the level of "I wrote prompts", but at the level of being ready to delve in and understand to make the product better) will be very useful.
The product and technical teams (both ours and the entire Ozon team) have accumulated huge expertise in these areas, and this is a unique chance to develop in such an environment, and to develop quickly. I know and am confident that this is a magnificent opportunity and challenge for the strongest professionals. It will be interesting!
