MTS is looking for a Digital Platform CPO.

The team is seeking a Digital Platform CPO for the "Digital Product Showcase for Business Market" functional group. This position is responsible for developing the website as a channel for attracting and selling B2B solutions. The task is to transform the website into an effective sales tool that not only generates leads but also qualifies them, simplifies the sale of complex solutions (from cloud services to IoT), and helps work with large businesses.
What you will be doing:
- Developing the website as a sales channel: from traffic to deal;
- Increasing conversion at all stages of the funnel;
- Increasing the share of online/partial online sales;
- Packaging products and solutions. Forming clear proposals. Developing product pages and service packages;
- Developing content that helps sell: case studies, industry solutions, descriptions of complex products (especially for medium and large businesses);
- Improving user experience: optimizing scenarios, conducting A/B tests;
- Working with analytics: analyzing the funnel and user behavior, making data-driven decisions;
- Interacting with marketing, product, sales, and IT teams.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in managing a website or digital product for at least 3 years;
- Understanding how a website affects sales and revenue;
- Experience working with conversion rates and funnels;
- Experience in B2B products;
- Experience creating content used in sales (case studies, solutions, product materials);
- Experience in telecom, fintech, SaaS, or marketplaces will be a plus;
- Experience working with complex products and long sales cycles;
- Experience developing self-service scenarios.
