What we expect from you:

• 🟣 Experience with web funnels: built, managed, and achieved metric growth;
• 🟣 5+ years as a Product Manager, with 2+ years in Growth for a B2C product, preferably in a subscription model;
• 🟣 Data-driven approach: think in metrics, know how to design A/B tests and independently calculate unit economics;
• 🟣 Understanding of paid traffic economics (ROAS, CAC);
• 🟣 Experience with vibecoding - build MVPs and prototypes hands-on, without waiting for developers;
• 🟣 English at Intermediate level.

Your responsibilities will include:

• 🟣 Owning multiple web funnels and being responsible for their key metrics - CR, ARPU, LTV, ROAS, Revenue;
• 🟣 Continuously testing screens, offers, prices, and packaging, launching A/B tests and rolling out winners;
• 🟣 Working closely with the UA team: strengthening the funnel so that performance marketing can scale budgets profitably;
• 🟣 Independently assembling prototypes using AI tools and no-code solutions;
• 🟣 Managing the backlog and delivering features to release within tight deadlines.
