Over the past 8 years, we have established ourselves as a market leader in the US and Europe. Every month, more than 200,000 users go through our platform, the project generates over $25M in annual revenue, and our sales geography covers 100+ countries.

We are currently looking for a Growth Product Manager who can quickly dive into the product and take ownership of developing our key conversion flows.

Responsibilities

• Research user behavior on landing pages and the checkout page through analytics, session recordings, interviews, and exit-point analysis
• Form and prioritize conversion growth hypotheses — from landing page structure and offers to checkout flow UX
• Build the infrastructure for advertising landing pages
• Launch and manage A/B tests: formulate hypotheses, align with the team on implementation, and interpret results
• Work with product metrics such as landing page CR, checkout CR, bounce rate, add-to-cart, and step-by-step funnel drop-off
• Improve message match between landing pages and ad messaging across different segments and channels
• Optimize the user journey based on context, including device, traffic source, game, and service type
• Identify and implement AI tools to accelerate experimentation, including copy generation, personalization, and automation
• Manage a cross-functional team (design, development, marketing) and drive tasks through to release
• Align product decisions with marketing by taking audience specifics, offers, and seasonality into account

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner
• Hands-on experience working with conversion-focused pages: landing pages, checkout, and product pages
