🚀 2 VACANCIES: Growth Product Manager and Product Manager (Employer Side)!

We are looking for two product managers for a two-sided marketplace that connects candidates and employers.

1️⃣ Growth Product Manager

❗ Requirements: 6+ years in product, including 3+ years in growth/monetization (activation, conversion, retention), not just feature delivery. B2B SaaS or marketplace with a self-serve funnel and sales team (hybrid PLG + sales-led). Experience in the US and/or EU market in the SMB segment. Independent analytics without a dedicated analyst at hand (Amplitude/Mixpanel/GA4, event and funnel setup), A/B testing in practice (design, sampling, result interpretation, ship/kill), unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, ARPU).

📚 Languages: English C1+ is mandatory for customer development and calls with clients.

🌍 Locations: EU, CET time zone ±2.

💼 Conditions: full-time (no parallel employment), remote, B2B.

2️⃣ Product Manager, Employer Side

❗ Requirements: 4+ years in product management, including 2+ years with an external HR-tech product (subscription SaaS, hiring marketplace similar to Поток, Хантфлоу, hh, Профи.ру). Internal corporate hiring products (EPAM, Yandex, Sber, OZON, etc.) are not suitable. Understanding of the employer's hiring funnel: how vacancies are posted, how applications are processed, why they are abandoned. Extracts data independently (Amplitude, SQL), designs and reads A/B tests, conducts interviews with hiring managers and recruiters, sets tasks at the requirements level.

📚 Languages: Russian fluent, English B2.

🌍 Locations: any with at least 5 hours of overlap with CET working hours.
