📍 Remote, ±1–2 hours from CET · Full-time · 4+ years of experience

Intch is a two-sided marketplace connecting candidates and employers. Currently, the employer side lacks a dedicated owner, and this is your chance. We need a PM who will own the entire employer experience end-to-end, not just manage a backlog. Full autonomy, a small cross-functional team, performance evaluated by results, not process.

🔥 Must have: experience in HR-tech on the employer's side. You have built products for HR and recruiters, understand how they post jobs, process applications, and why they churn.

🏢 We are particularly interested in experience with: ▫️ Job boards and hiring platforms: hh.ru, Avito Rabota, SuperJob, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Wellfound ▫️ ATS and HR-tech: Huntflow, Potok, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby ▫️ Labor marketplaces: Upwork, Toptal, Deel, Remote

🎯 Responsibilities: ▫️ Employer journey from registration to filled vacancy ▫️ Vacancy lifecycle and candidate interactions ▫️ Own hypotheses, prioritization, and A/B tests ▫️ Interviews with recruiters and hiring managers in person ▫️ Collaboration with marketing on ROAS

✅ We also expect: ▫️ 4+ years in product management, with 2+ years in HR-tech or a two-sided marketplace ▫️ Independent work with data (Amplitude, SQL) ▫️ Well-executed A/B tests and user interviews ▫️ English C1+ (will have casestudies with native speakers)

⭐️ Bonus points: experience with ROAS or performance marketing, launching a product from scratch, LLM features in production.
