We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Growth department (web funnels). We are building a superapp for creators, Instories. The team's goal is to build profitable web funnels that open up space for scaling paid traffic and ensure stable monetization growth.
Your responsibilities:
- Own several web funnels (3–5 funnels, each with 30–40 screens) and be responsible for their economics and key metrics — CR, ARPU, LTV, ROAS, Revenue;
- Continuously test screens, offers, prices, and packaging — launch A/B tests and roll out winning ones;
- Work closely with the UA team: strengthen the funnel so that performance marketing can scale advertising budgets profitably;
- Independently assemble prototypes and demos (AI tools, no-code, or vibecoding solutions) — don't wait for developers to test a hypothesis;
- Manage the product backlog and ensure features are released within tight deadlines.
What's important to us:
- Experience in web funnels: you have already built and managed web funnels, with successful metric growth cases;
- Product experience in Growth for over 2 years in B2C, preferably in a subscription product;
- Data-driven approach: think in funnels and metrics, know how to design a correct A/B test and independently calculate unit economics for a hypothesis;
- Understanding of paid traffic economics — familiar with ROAS, CAC, and understand how changes in the funnel open up UA space for scaling;
- Hands-on approach and ability to quickly test hypotheses without waiting for development;
- Vibecoding experience — ability to assemble an MVP feature using LLMs (Claude, Cursor, Replit, v0);
- High work pace and focus on fast delivery of value to the user;
- English from Intermediate.
