Senior Growth Product Manager (Mobile)
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Growth division. We are building a super app for creators called Instories. Our mission is to provide the simplest and most seamless B2C experience on mobile platforms and to lower the barrier to using AI tools, making them accessible to everyone.
Your responsibilities:
- Work on Onboarding and Monetization with a focus on continuous ARPU growth;
- Generate, validate, and prioritize product hypotheses, improving user scenarios through rapid discovery processes;
- Independently create and test prototypes (Figma, AI tools, no-code or lightweight solutions) to validate mechanics and user value before handing them off for development;
- Manage the product backlog and ensure features are delivered within tight deadlines;
- Closely collaborate with designers and developers during the delivery phase, ensuring the quality and timeliness of releases.
What is important to us:
- Product experience: 2+ years in Mobile B2C with a focus on Growth;
- Extensive experience with A/B tests (launching 20+ per quarter);
- English from Intermediate level;
- Hands-on approach and ability to quickly validate hypotheses without waiting for development (prototypes, demos, no-code / lightweight solutions);
- Experience with rapid prototyping (Figma AI, v0, Streamlit, no-code tools);
- High work pace and orientation towards fast delivery of value to the user;
- Experience working with product metrics and user scenarios.
