Senior Growth / Monetization Product Manager

Our product is used by millions of users worldwide. We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for revenue growth through the development of a subscription model and product monetization.

The role's objective is to systematically improve conversion, ARPU, retention, and LTV through experiments, work with pricing, and optimization of the entire subscription funnel. The role involves direct impact on the key growth and revenue metrics of the product.

What you will do: – optimize the subscription funnel (join pages, paywalls, free flows and trials, upgrades, renewals) – develop pricing, packaging, and upsell mechanics to increase LTV – work on reducing churn and improving retention (including cancellation flows) – launch and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments – use segmentation and behavioral data to personalize offers – launch growth and monetization features together with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams – formulate hypotheses, analyze results, and scale successful solutions – track and improve key subscription metrics (conversion, ARPU, churn, LTV)

Who we are looking for: – 3+ years of experience as a Growth Product Manager / Monetization PM – proven experience with subscription products and revenue mechanics is required – ability to make data-driven decisions and conduct experiments – understanding of pricing, paywalls, and subscription lifecycle – English from B1 level is required
