🚀 Growth Product Manager (CS Team) — Adapty Remote · Full-time

Adapty is a monetization platform for subscription apps. Over 20,000 apps work through us, processing $3B+ in subscriptions annually, with a team of 210+ people. We are in the top 5% of the fastest-growing SaaS companies.

We take a percentage of client revenue, so we only grow together with them. This is where the role comes from: not support or tickets, but growing other people's apps.

What you'll do — manage a portfolio of 30–40 apps: you are the main point of contact and responsible for their retention, health, and growth — take clients from sales, guide them through integration, help set up the first funnels and paywalls — audit product usage, close adoption gaps, and identify at-risk accounts before renewal becomes an issue — analyze paywalls and client acquisition, and come up with specific A/B test recommendations, not just check-ins — find and close cross-sales across the product line — communicate client feedback to the product team and ensure critical issues are addressed

Who we're looking for — hands-on experience with in-app subscriptions: you've worked with monetization directly, not just supervised — full cycle of mobile growth: acquisition → funnel → monetization → A/B tests — fluent English, both spoken and written — not afraid to sell: you can start conversations about expansion and lead them to a deal — independence: no micromanagement, accounts and numbers are your responsibility

Plus: SaaS in the mobile industry, Amplitude and Meta Ads, measurable upsell in a previous CS role.
