🔥Senior/Lead Growth Product Manager🔥

A fast-growing AI SaaS product with a B2C model and Western audience. Monetization-subscription + internal currency. The product is profitable, traffic is growing, analytical infrastructure is in place: DWH, mart layer for dashboards, A/B framework.

We are looking for someone who will take responsibility for monetization growth and drive experiments to results, not just to presentation. The role is a strong individual contributor in direct contact with the CEO.

⚡️Responsibilities: • Own the monetization product funnel: conversion to first payment, paywalls, pricing experiments, repeat purchases • Lead the end-to-end experiment program: hypothesis → test design → launch → data-driven verdict; work with analytics independently (SQL) • Optimize onboarding and activation: user journey from the first session to the first payment • Build segmented monetization: mass segment and top-spenders require different mechanics • Drive growth initiatives to production in collaboration with the engineering team: requirements, acceptance, post-release effect verification

⚡️Requirements: • 3+ years in product in B2C with transactional monetization: dating, gaming / live-ops, streaming, gambling B2C or related verticals • Working level SQL: you can pull data yourself and calculate cohorts without waiting for an analyst • Understanding of subscription unit economics: rebill, churn, LTV, conversion stages • Product creativity: come up with new monetization mechanics, offers, and promo mechanics, not just optimize existing funnels • Experience driving features through the engineering team: wrote requirements, participated in acceptance, analyzed post-release incidents • English B2+ (correspondence with international partners) • Comfortable working with the adult vertical (18+ content)

⚡️Conditions: • Salary range: $4,000–8,000 net / month (based on interview results), compensation review after 6 months • Remote work, flexible schedule with overlap in the European timezone • Direct work with the CEO, short decision-making cycle, ready-made analytical infrastructure • Clear growth track to Head of Growth
