Product Manager / Product Lead

While my colleagues are in Lisbon - I've come with a new vacancy!!🚀 Looking for a strong Product Manager / Product Lead for a new payments / digital wallet product. We are an international high-risk project (iGaming), developing a new product in the Payments / Digital Wallet space. The product is already in an advanced stage of development, so now we are looking for someone who can independently develop the product, find growth opportunities, and improve user experience and conversion.

What you'll do:

• Develop the payment / wallet product;
• Analyze the user journey: deposits, withdrawals, payment methods, and other key scenarios;
• Identify friction points and reasons why users do not complete the target action;
• Work on UX, conversion, and product improvements;
• Analyze product metrics, funnels, and user behavior;
• Formulate product vision and roadmap;

What's important to us:

• 4+ years in Product Management;
• Experience in Payments / Fintech / iGaming / PSP / Wallets;
• Practical experience with cashier, payment flows, deposit/withdrawal, payment pages, or digital wallets;
• Understanding of UX, user behavior, conversion, and product analytics;
• Experience working with the Russian market will be a plus.

🌍 Full Remote 💰 Salary: $5,000–6,000 (negotiable)
