Product Owner / Head of Product

iGaming Outside of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus

We are an international iGaming operator with over 10 years of successful operation, primarily in CIS countries. We are currently in the most exciting phase of our existence — a rebirth stage of active growth and transformation. We are looking for a strong product leader who will take charge of the development of our own iGaming platform and manage the product as an independent technological startup.

What you will be doing: — Formulating product strategy, roadmap, and development priorities. — Analyzing the iGaming market, competitors, and technological solutions. — Evaluating platform architecture in collaboration with the technical team. — Planning investments, budget, economic efficiency, and ROI. — Building interaction processes between Product, Engineering, and Business. — Organizing platform development, launch, and scaling. — Assessing the potential for product commercialization and entry into the B2B market.

What is important to us: — Experience as a Product Owner, Head of Product, or Platform Product Manager in iGaming. — Practical experience with platforms for online casinos, gambling operators, or B2B iGaming providers. — Understanding of iGaming platform architectures and integration principles. — Experience launching products from scratch or developing early-stage solutions. — Strong technical expertise and ability to work with engineering teams. — Experience in team management and organizing development processes. — Understanding of product economics: budgeting, unit economics, ROI, and payback assessment.
