Position: Director of Product (CPO / Chief Product Officer)

Company: BCRAFT (IGaming B2B SaaS) Schedule: remote job / full time We are an international IT company developing innovative software products in the iGaming sphere.

What you will be doing:

• Developing and implementing product strategy in line with the company's business goals;

• Managing the full product development cycle: from idea to market launch; • Forming and developing a team of product managers, designers, and analysts; • Analyzing user data and behavior to improve the product; • Building processes that ensure rapid iteration and adaptation of the product to market needs; • Developing the international direction, adapting the product for various markets; • Collaborating with technical, marketing, and business teams for comprehensive product development; • Optimizing key metrics: conversion, retention, LTV, CAC, etc. • Fostering a product thinking culture within the company, focusing teams on creating user value; • Training and developing employees in product management, providing resources and tools to enhance their skills.

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience as a CPO in B2B, preferably in iGaming or SaaS solutions;

• Ability to handle a large volume of tasks within deadlines, focus on team results; • Ability to adapt quickly to new conditions; • Teamwork skills, developed communication skills; • Ability to structure and articulate information clearly; • Good analytical skills.
