VACANCY: Chief Product Officer
An international iGaming company with operations in more than 30 countries.
We are currently looking for a strong leader for the position of: Chief Product Officer, ready to scale our products in global markets.
Responsibilities and Key Competencies:
- Formulate and implement the company's product strategy, ensuring growth and competitive advantage in target markets;
- Manage the full product development cycle: from idea generation and hypothesis testing to launch and scaling;
- Make data-driven decisions based on KPIs and feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
- Define priorities and maintain a transparent, structured task backlog aimed at achieving business goals;
- Ensure simplicity and efficiency of processes, minimizing bureaucracy and increasing decision-making speed;
- Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation, inspiring the team to seek new solutions;
- Work with clients and partners: identify real needs, gather insights, and transform them into product tasks;
- Manage the product portfolio: assortment, pricing, profitability, and long-term sustainability;
- Be an ambassador of the brand and corporate values, enhancing team engagement and market trust;
- Maintain an expert level of knowledge in the industry, share experience, and strengthen the company's position within the professional community.
Requirements:
- Experience in the position of Chief Product Officer / Head of Product in the iGaming sector — from 3 years;
- Minimum 4 years of successful experience in product and team management;
- Deep understanding of the iGaming industry and the specifics of product development for different markets;
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in key casino metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, Bonus Cost/Rate, etc.);
- Proven results in creating and launching products, exceeding business goals, and growing market share;
- Proficiency in modern analytical tools (Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics);
- Experience in developing and implementing product strategies and comprehensive roadmaps;
- Leadership qualities: ability to inspire the team, foster collaboration, and achieve goals;
- High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges.
