🚀 International iGaming company is looking for a Chief Product Officer / Head of Product

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing product strategy;
• Managing the full product cycle: from hypotheses and testing to launch and scaling;
• Developing casino products and managing the product portfolio;
• Working with key metrics: GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R, R2D, LTV, Bonus Cost / Rate;
• Forming the roadmap and prioritizing the backlog;
• Building effective processes within the product team;
• Interacting with Marketing, BI, CRM, Affiliate, Retention, Payments, and Tech;
• Responsibility for the growth, profitability, and business results of the products.

We are looking for a strong product leader with 3+ years of experience as a CPO / Head of Product in iGaming, deep expertise in casino products, and proven results in launching and scaling products.

Format: full-time. Location: Cyprus will be an advantage. Salary: discussed individually.
