Product Owner
DevCasi is a product company with a 4-year history. We have created a modern gaming platform for web, iOS, and Android. We work with our own brands and client projects in the iGaming sphere.
What you will do:
- Formulate product vision and participate in strategic planning;
- Manage product backlog and prioritize tasks;
- Launch features: from hypothesis to result;
- Design functionality for bets, bonuses, loyalty, and retention mechanics;
- Create and optimize CJM and user scenarios;
- Analyze metrics: LTV, ARPPU, Retention, Churn;
- Work with A/B testing, validate hypotheses;
- Research the market, competitors, and user behavior in Tier-1 GEO;
- Interact with cross-functional teams: development, design, analytics.
Who we are looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in iGaming casino - mandatory;
- Deep understanding of iGaming products and user goals;
- Understanding of product analytics, architecture, and platform building principles;
- Experience in strategic planning and backlog management;
- Skills in creating and implementing CJM and user scenarios;
- Strong analytical skills and product thinking;
- Leadership qualities, result-oriented approach;
- Experience working with iOS/Android mobile applications;
- English from B1+.
