We are looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the development of the company's product line and be responsible for shaping the product strategy, developing the Product Management team, and growing key business metrics. This is a role for a leader who knows how to turn ideas into successful products, make data-driven decisions, and effectively collaborate with business, development, and design.

📝 REQUIREMENTS: • Shape and implement the company's product strategy. • Manage the entire product lifecycle — from idea to launch and further development. • Develop and manage the Product Management team. • Define priorities and manage the product roadmap. • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams. • Analyze the market, user needs, and product metrics. • Develop Product Management processes and implement best practices. • Formulate a KPI system and evaluate the effectiveness of product initiatives. • Opportunity to influence the company's product development strategy.

🔎 EXPECTATIONS: • More than 5 years of experience as CPO, Head of Product, or Director of Product. • Experience managing multiple product teams. • Successful experience in building and implementing a product strategy. • Data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Experience interacting with C-level and cross-functional teams. • English language — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
